聚合物乳液用作涂料、粘合剂、化纤织物、皮革、纸张等表面的处理剂时，它的成膜性是重要的技术指标之一。研究者为了制造出更低成膜温度的新产品来，不断地改进其技术规范和配方。因此检测出低成膜温度(MFT)是此类涂料的重要指标，能够方便的测出MFT的理想仪器。MFT型低成膜温度测定仪是依据国家标准GB9267-2008而设计制造的，它是新一代漆膜测试仪，具有国内外传统测试仪器的诸多优点，又融合了台式、节能、超宽工作台、测温准确等优点于一体，成为同类仪器之佼佼者。本手册中的所有图片和产品规格参数仅供参考，实际产品可能会略有差异，恕不另行通知。

四、使用方法

Four, the use of methods

打开包装箱，（包装箱可以反复利用，请妥善保管，以便以后维修运输之用）检查一下有无破损短缺现象。核实后，将仪器安放在试验室靠近上下水之处，先做一下清洁工作。然后查看电源输入，进出水口接牢无误。

Open the packing box (the packing box can be used again and again, please keep it for future maintenance and transportation). Check for any breakage. After verification, put the instrument in the laboratory, near the upper and lower parts of the water, do some cleaning work first. Then check the power input and make sure the inlet and outlet are secure.

使用前的准备工作：

★开机：

Boot:

将电源线接入电源插座（220 伏，50Hz 三孔插座，接地良好），接通冷却水，依次接通总电源开关、加热、巡检、制冷开关，仪器面板立即显示出相应动作（指示灯亮，数显表显示数字）。

★调试仪表：

根据所测试漆膜条件不同，需设置不同测试条件。主要是制冷和加热预置（设置方法见 LU-906M 智能调节器使用说明书），巡检表在出厂前已调好，一般情况下不需调整。

★热平衡：

时间约在 120 分钟左右（视设定温度而定，若发现巡检表在时间内 1 ～ 13 各点显示稳定或变化极小即为预热完成）方可加入试样。平衡时间取决于低温度设定，温度设定越低，平衡时间则越长。干燥剂同时放入盒中，可以大限度避免水蒸气以及冷端结冰。

Time is about 120 minutes (depending on the setting temperature, if the inspection table is found within a certain period of time, 1~13 points show stability or minimal change, that is, preheating is completed), you can join the sample. 五、样品准备

取下玻璃罩用小勺或滴管将待测和已知乳液注入梯度板槽内，再用涂布器涂平，盖好玻璃罩。（玻璃制品，请轻拿轻放）

Remove the glass cover, use a spoon or dropper to inject the tested and known emulsion into the gradient plate trough, then coat it with a coater and cover the glass cover. (glass, please handle with care.)

★样品成膜：

大约经过 60 ～ 90 分钟，梯度板上的涂层发生一系列的变化，乳胶漆用乳液水分蒸发后，聚合物分子相互作用，在适当温度下形成连续薄膜，高于该乳液 MFT 的部分成膜透明，低于 MFT 的部分发生龟裂或产生白垩现象。这个明显的分界线即为该乳液的低成膜温度（MFT）确定成膜线后，根据其位置，用标尺的细分刻度计算出准确温度。

六、注意事项及使用技巧

Six, attention and use skills

★仪器放置在通风明亮的实验室内，勿受潮湿。仪器不用时须罩上塑料罩，保持干净。

This instrument is placed in ventilated and bright laboratory, keep dry. The instrument should be covered with plastic when not in use. Keep it clean.

★电源要求：220 伏，50Hz，＞ 400W，三孔插座，接地良好。

★环境要求：温度 23±2℃，相对湿度<85%，无阳光直射，无振动的环境。

★水源要求：无杂质，纯净自来水，须保持流畅。

★测试条件主要是制冷和加热的设定。制冷主要影响低温端工作，以第一点要求为准。加热主要影响高温端工作，以第十三点要求为准。尽量减小冷热差，即节能，又可提高分辨率，

★工作台使用前后要清洗，长时间放置时涂些油脂或凡士林，以防锈蚀。

★涂布待测乳液时，至少要有一条已知材料，以作对照之用。

★涂布乳液时不要涂满测试槽，只要涂在估计MFT 左右即可，既省工料又好清洗。

★用卫生纸条放置在梯度板左右边缘，以防涂布和清洗时弄脏工作台。

★为了清洗方便，板表面可以覆盖一层薄的铝箔（如0.02mm 厚）, 用刷子将其刷平 , 可滴几滴甘油使铝箔和板面紧密结合。

★干燥剂选用氯化钙 (CaCl2 ) 效果更佳。
